Limited Warranty Summary

Please refer to the Warranty Card included with your product for complete warranty

information. In order to receive prompt warranty service, you must register your

spa - ask your dealer about registering. Spa provides a limited warranty to our

customers. It applies to the spa structure, surface, plumbing, pumps, heater,

blower, and controls. The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from

improper maintenance, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, ﬁre, normal

wear and tear, or improper water maintenance. Unauthorized modiﬁcations of the

spa may void the warranty. Replacement costs associated with transportation,

removal, and reinstallation are the sole responsibility of the spa owner.

This manual refers to only year 2009 model spas. Spa Manufacturer reserves the

right to make changes in design or material of its products at any time without

incurring liability. This limited warranty applies to the ﬁrst retail purchaser and

terminates upon any transfer of ownership.
